3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use our services to transmit spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

GoSona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
